Una delegación de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, incluidos Tom Farer, Marco Monroy Cabra y Edmundo Vargas Carreño -tres de los comisionados que en 1979 realizaron la observación in situ para documentar los crímenes de la dictadura-, recorren junto a guías y sobrevivientes las instalaciones donde funcionó el mayor centro clandestino de la Armada durante la dictadura militar de 1976 a 1983.
